PhoneGap

Adobe’s distribution of Apache Cordova, which wrapped a web app in a native shell so it could ship to app stores. It is here as history — the approach has largely given way to progressive web apps.

I introduced PhoneGap at Starkmedia and used it to package web applications as hybrid mobile apps for the app stores.
